PROCESSING OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE .

PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE:

1st STEP:
- Get the form, either from our office or website and filled up with necessary details.

2rd STEP:
- The Form should be attached with the old ownership certificate (original).
  If the Land is mortgaged then clearance from that bank should be attached.

3rd STEP:
– Take it to the respective section for clearance:

    a) Record Section
    b) Help Desk (Chhoden), Leagal Section
    c) Survey Officer, Survey Section
    d) Officer, Land Registeration Section
    e) Urban Planner, Urban Planning Divisions.

5th STEP:
–If you get clearance from all the sections above, pay OC processing fee of Nu 75/- to Revenue Section .

6th STEP:
- Take both the form and receipt to Help Desk. they will get the approval from Thrompon and issue the ownership certificate.

*The overall procedure takes about 4 to 5 working days from the date of submission.
