PROCESSING LAND DEMARCATION .

PROCEDURES FOR THE LAND DEMARCATION:

  1. Preparation of Site Plan:
    Get the Form either from office or download from the website. The Lastest ownership certificate has to be attached with the form. The Land pareel falling in the developed area will have the previous site plan, a copy of which will have to be attested. Get the clearance from all the sections/divisions mentioned in the form. The Physical verification of the plot is done on every Thursday for preparation of the site plan. If the plot is found to have surveyed and demarcated earlier, the revised site plan is issued to the client within a week days. If not, the client will have to make an appointment with the survey officer for surveying of the plot and demarcation. The appointment is made on the first come first serve basis.

  2. Demarcation of Plot Boundaries:
    The Demarcation of the plot is only done after the site plan of the plot is obtained. An appointment for the same is made with the survey officer. The survey officer fixes the date for the demarcation and directs the surveyors to the site on the fixed date to carry out the job.

  3. Site Surveys:
    It is carried out on the request of the plot owners on various reasons. The reasons may be of confirming the actual area of the plot, to know the actual boundary, jdisputed plot boundaries.

  4. Field varification of Transfer of Land:
    Registration and tansfer form is collected from the PRO's office and duly filled up by the clients. And agrement or the sale deed with all the relevant documents are attested and submitted back to the PRO who does the rest of the job to obtain the neccesary clearances from the respective sections and the Divisions. After completion of these, the PRO then sends the forms to the survey section. On recieving the forms, the surveyor goes to the site to varify the plot to make sure that no changes or alterations have been taken place. He/She then sends the forms to the Land Management Section for further process with the printout of the MAP.

  5. Relocation of Demarcation Pillars:
    Relocation of the boundary pillars of the plots are done on request of the individuals or on complaints lodged by the individuals on payment basis.
