The following are the Neccesary Documents that are to be required whenever you want to Transfer the census from other Dzongkhags to Thimphu Dzongkhag and even if you want to Transfer from Thimphu Dzongkhag to other Dzongkhags. So, this is fully done by the Census Section of Thimphu City Corporation.

1. For the New Born Baby to have the Citizen Ship as BHUTANESE:
   i)   Marriage Certificate of the Parents (Father & Mother)
   ii)  Health Card of the particular Child
   iii) If the parents are from the different Dzongkhags, then they have to produce the Certificate of Origin.
   
   
2. For the Transfer of Census to other Dzongkhags (Outcoming):
   i) There should be the AcceptanceLetter from ohter Dzongkhags in order to relieve/transfer the census of particular person     from Thimphu City Corporation (TCC).
   
   
3. For the Transfer of Census to this (Thimphu) Dzongkhag (Incoming):
   i) There should be the Land Ownership Transfer Certificate to complete the transfer formulities
