PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE:

1st STEP:
- You can download the ownership clerance form from our website: www.tcc.gov.bt or get it from revenue section.

2nd STEP:
- The filled up Form should be submitted by the owner themselves or they can authorize
Some one else.

3rd STEP:
- The Form should be attached with the old ownership certificate (original).
If the Land is mortgaged then clearance from that bank should be attached.

4th STEP:
– The Revenue Section will do the needful verifications .

5th STEP:
– Then the paper should be taken with an application to NLCS to obtain new ownership certificate.
