1. Get form and fill it up 

2. If you pay water bill monthly, you are  entitled to get a free service as swerage fee is also included in the water bill.

3. Else pay Nu. 1000 at the water billing counter and take the receipt and form to water supply section. If you require more than once you have to pay Nu. 1000 for each trip. 

4. Get appoinment from them.
