This is to draw kind attention of all the Landowners of Local Area Plan (LAP) Babesa, Simtokha, Changbangdu and Lungtenphu who have not signed the land Pooling Agreement are here by requested to come forward if there is any quarries and help us in providing you all the services. All those landowners who have not signed the land Pooling Agreement and also those absentee landowners whom TCC couldn’t trace out due to lack of information. You are therefore kindly requested to come to our office located below Imtart Hospital, Thimphu (NPPF Building, Room No-12).And the list of those Landowners who have not signed the Land Pooling are listed below:
