PLANTS IN CITY PROTECTED
Date: 07/05/2008 "This is for information to the general public that as per Forest and Nature Conservation Rules of Bhutan 2006, Chapter I Section 17 states both planted and natural forest within the municipal area shall be protected by the concerned City Corporations/Municipal Authorities. To this, TCC would like to inform the general public that removal of any plants/saplings that are planted within the Municipal Area is strictly prohibited. In the same regard TCC would also like to inform that whoever sees any none uprooting or removing the plants/saplings and informs TCC shall be rewarded as per the FNC, 89."
