"TCC would like to request all the land owners of the Lutey, Jalu, Olakha and Simtokha falling under the Lungtenphu LAP to sign the latest version of Land Pooling Agreement as it has not achieved the 100% signing of the agreement as required by ADB. The list of the land owners who are required to sign the agreement because they have not at all signed or signed the older version will be available in the Sunday11 th May 2008 issue of Bhutan Times.

The plot owners of Changbangdu LAP are requested to report to the site near Changbangdu Bridge or to the Urban Planning Division office, with ownership certificate and an Authorization if representing someone for handing-taking or Undertaking bearing full responsibility in case of future complications, at 2 am on May 14th 2008 and May 15 2008. The list of the land owners are listed in the Sunday11 th May 2008 issue of Bhutan Times.
